WHO WE ARE
As the world’s largest network of certified youth fitness instructors, Stretch-n-Grow, provides high quality, fun and engaging enrichment programs to kids at their schools including fitness, sports, dance, gymnastics, music and more.
Our goal is for kids to have fun exercise experiences as they move through our classes; all while developing new skills, learning healthy habits and gaining confidence to move to their next stage of development successfully.
